The Game Report tool is used to give feedback to our organization to help CMBA get better. We encourage parents, coaches, referees, and players to give feedback on both POSITIVE things they've witnessed, as well as concerns that they have witnessed.
You will be contacted within 48 hours of submitting a report.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the game report is concerning something that you feel CMBA needs to address then the form must be filled out with as many fields as possible to then help open an investigation process.
If the game report is to compliment coaches, referees, gym monitors, or something CMBA is doing well, the form must be completed in its entirety and there will be no investigation process, however your feedback will be shared with the CMBA Executive Committee.
